this was my Quick Fix for the worn out adjusters in my wife's Max II, while waiting for the new parts to come in. I used a #44 hose clamp, and cut off the extra with tin snips after it was installed. this was only used for 1 ride, but held up fine. it's a bit tricky and takes some trial and error to get the hose clamp positioned so that the chain doesn't rub on it

electric turkey knife is an awesome tool. I use it for cutting anything soft... seat foam, vinyl... in this case I was cutting down a Briggs foam air filter to fit a honda generator. the dirty q-tips???? carb cleaning. them, some acetone and aset of welding tip cleaners can get any carb clean as new. same honda generator. a freebie that had been sitting for 5 years. worst varnish i've ever seen!
