I've tried and tried, but I can't figure out what that is in your hands. Is it something that the previous owner made?

This was actually the gas tank and winch mount and one of the reasons the attex sunk in a retention pond. It was spot welded onto the frame and they burnt holes everywhere in the floor pan but not all the way through
