      The corners are made from flat bar bent to the corners with flat stock cut out on a band saw and welded together.

      Actually, No. The corners are made from a piece of flat bar, bent to the radius of the corner. A second piece of wide flat stock cut on a bandsaw. Both pieces then welded together. Then welded to the long sections of 1.5" angle.
