installed HD outer bearings (6) on a conquest. 4 corners and the 3rd axle back both sides. 2nd axles back were okay. We also kept the standard axles (for now) so we'll see how they hold up to track use. Everything will get replaced through attrition eventually.
Adair's kit with the adapter plate (larger hole to fit larger bearing carrier) and longer bolts to make up this extra thickness....makes the upgrade super easy. The included bolts had rubber(neoprene?) washers under the heads too!
