synthetic or not

Afther 50hrs i change my regular oil to synthetic one and use the rotella shell 0w40 grat oil to my atv but in my argo its different afther each 25-30 km i have to put back some oil not much but about 100 ml or so. On the gage its about 1/8 inche. its been the 3rd time i put back some oil. with my castrol 5w30 regular i put 300 km with out adding oil

What to you suggest , make more hours before goin to synthetic........??????

By the way i check for leaks and nothing.
