Well the real nice things is you can refit with the new HDI axles and bearings if so inclined,and the old tranny,s were rock solid,lots of engines around to update too,so what the hay for a decent price you can go anywhere I go at a 1/4 of the price there are times I wish I had my Magnum back, the one time was when I had what ended up as a ECU fail on the Avenger fuely during hunting season we were 4 miles in thru some nasty stuff no 4 wheeler could get to it and no other AATV,s around,ended up tarping it down and leaving it finishing the hunt,returning home to get another Argo then back up a week later to pull it out and back home to diagnose and repair,600 extra miles and a huge pain,now I travel nowhere without spare fuel injection hardware(ECU,Pump and injector relays,fuel pump,ign coils.

That's why I bought an older Argo. Well, one of the reasons.

All the fancy do dads we have to have nowadays seem to leave us stranded more than they get us on down the trail.

How many years have we had internal combustion engines without throttle position sensors, cam position sensors, etc.....?

Doing a complete re-build on a 1992 8X8 Magnum - prices on the older ones like this are higher for sure than the suggested resale prices - receipts for parts helps on the sale too -

I couldn't see paying the price for a new one. My wife couldn't see me paying the 2K I payed for my Magnum. It didn't run when I bought it but another $100 bucks and it is running great. I wouldn't trade my wife for one either, I may not know any of you that well but I really don't want to give you any pain or be that mean to you. LOL

30.grand about right for here too fully outfitted but i put two fold down ones in my for i think it was 2.38 plus added power socket out let so i could plug in my coffee cup to keep it warm.you know 30 grand i think they could at least give an se upgrade with air an a cd player an reclying leather seat odg if you read this i think this should be next years model did i miss anything oh yes an off road gps built into dash how could i foget that

Absolutely reichstall the older units are in demand,especially the water coolers,the price of the new units are staggering, time you outfit them up yikes on this side can beat to death out of 30K,I said this would be my last new one but then again I have said that before,like my cup holders though.N.C.T

well having just finshed a major rebuild i can tell you my price for this machine would be much higher than book but i know what is in this machine plus like rd i think the conquest is a much better machine i would put this machine 5 years down the road to a new machine because i just think they are a heavier build . but alas i did not see every model made so i may be wrong

nope not sold,guy backed out at last minute.he is a member here infact,found a project of his own to rebuild.bearcat will soon find out it would have been cheaper to buy an argo already done up.table lamp and kitchen set is too funny bud.been offered snowmobiles,atvs,boats even a matco tool box.just waiting for some guy to offer his wife for trade.
