River crossing

I was picturing something much bigger. For that size river, it wouldn't be a problem at all. Go for it!

That sounds like it'll be no problem. I fact, it sounds like the perfect kind of river crossing to practice.

How do these 6x6 Amphibian's cross gental deep flowing rivers just wondering I understand that fast water is no good to cross

If it is flowing at all you will still get swept downstream so plan accordingly and you should be able to cross without issue. Use the current to your advantage.
