According to their web page and facebook page, they are now shipping new MAX II machines. MAX IV and Buffalo to follow.

    Really good news for sure

While I would really like to have a brand new machine, rather than constantly repairing, (my wife would kill me), so I have emailed them and inquired if they will be in a position sometime to provide/supply legacy machine parts.

That too would be good news for forum members

We are eager to post content as soon as the MAX #1 is built!

Yes, manufacturing and shipping is all from Bradenton, FL. If you're ever down our way, you're welcome to stop by and see everything.

The company is going to begin posting more regular updates on the MAX Company Facebook Page (www.facebook.com/maxatv) as well as post on the MAX News Blog at www.maxatvs.com.

Activity is starting to pick up as a majority of all of our MAX 2 parts for production are arriving before Christmas! At this point, we are looking to start production at the end of January or early February. We hope to build the first brand new prototypes before Christmas.

We strongly feel that the best approach to successfully relaunching MAX is to do it in stages (due to rebuilding supply chain, reintroducing MAX to the market, not growing too big too quick, etc).

First plan is to launch the MAX 2 (including the T20) largely how it was at the end of Recreatives in 2013 (with some upgrades of course, which we highlight on www.maxatvs.com)
Next is to re-introduce the MAX 4 and Buffalo hopefully by early 2025, but first we want to make some changes. One change I would like to push is moving the T20 forward in the MAX 4 and lowering the engine.
We do also plan to kick off a performance division and build high-performance vehicles with suspension, which would ideally happen in mid to late 2024, but this isn't our top priority.
After all of this and once MAX's dealer network is once again in full force and we build a larger permanent factory by 2026-27, MAX will invest heavily into R&D for an 8x8 vehicle and EV drivetrains.

Plans of course can change or happen sooner or farther out, but this is consistently been the order of each stage we plan to reach.

We aren't accepting deposits until all of the vehicle's parts are in stock or in production.

Hi Marauder, yes we are still here. We are a publicly traded company on the stock market and have been primarily focused on all of the paperwork for the regulators. We are in the process of raising up to $15 million of capital to launch the company through a stock offering. We have also been working on quoting all of the parts from various vendors, old and new. It's been almost 10 years since new MAX parts have been produced, and costs have gone up drastically simply due to inflation, etc.

We are currently working on a plan to launch a pilot batch of 50 MAX 2 vehicles, and if everything goes according to plan, new vehicles could roll off the assembly line as soon as the end of this year. We will keep the community posted on updates. We hope to share some important news shortly - we just need to wait to complete the deals.

    Andrew
