Yamaha enticer 340 engine in original max

Hey everyone. I have an original max with a single cylinder JLO engine that I am having a bit of trouble with. Long story short I found a complete Yamaha enticer 340 engine for 150. I haven't bought it yet but I'm thinking assuming things are good with that engine it might be a better move than tryin to revive my JLO. The JLO is complete and it seems that the major issue is with the carb. Converting to a mikuni would cost me probably 200 after it's all said and done, so assuming if the enticer engine is complete it might be more cost effective.

To swap an engine like this what kind of things should I look for? The enticer engine comes complete with the engine side clutch. Can I use that clutch with the clutch on the t20?
