Is this a good deal.

Hi all, ive been looking at getting a 6x6 for a long time. I recently stumbled upon an ad on craigslist. He is selling 1 scrambler with a new 10 horse honda motor, new rims and tires, an extra body and motor and a bunch of parts for a thousand dollars. Do you think this is a good deal? should i try and talk him down at all.
