Helpp ??!!! This carb is driving me nuts - It's a Tillotson HR 31A and I have issues with it ( aside from my own issues 
It wont keep the fuel flowing. I have pulled it apart a few times and changed every silly thing in there - needle and seat included and spring too - even set the pop off pressure - watched the you tube Tilly experts and read up all I can find but still - she starves unless I half choke and then ofcourse it doesnt run right 
- I will lower the pop off pressure next - I currently have it at 18 psi - maybe too high but OMG someone help me please - If I knew what I could replace this till with - I would kiss get the sledge hammer out to kiss the tilly carb bye bye - I have adjusted all sorts of carbs with good results but this one has me stumped - new needles for low and high - new gaskets all around - new fuel filter - any one know what is a better carb that wont cost me a fortune? 
or please tell me - "hey dummy - try adjusting the _______" ( ? ) thanks
