Mikuni throttle needle

Have a vm30? has 30D 83 stamped on it.
Looking for baseline to set needle circlip(s is there sopposed to be 2) needle marked 5DP7. Thanks.
Cable adjustment?

Sorry guys never played with one. Putting it on a G44B and came off G50B.
