Kohler kt17 Starter support bracket

I have been having issues, with my starter coming loose. I put all new hardware and lockwashers on it, but still not staying tight.

Is there supposed to be a bracket for the rear of the starter? Starter has a spare bolt hole. If anybody has one can you snap a picture for me so I can build up something.

I'm not seeing anything in the manual, but it seems like there should be something there.
