Killing A Jlo...

I just traded my kohler 17 hp for a jlo 399 and a rotax 399 ,they both run, heres my problem, how do I kill the jlo? its pull start only and theres a small wire harness plug towards the bottom , does anyone know which is for the kill?and what the other 4 plugs are?thanks..... and does anyone have a exhaust manifold for the rotax?
