What is the psi compression for a 16 hp ohv Tech in an 83 argo? I seem to have some oil burn at start up and then it clears. I'm leaning towards valve seals. The engine gives me 90 psi cold with the throttle closed. There was no increase when I squirted some oil in the cylinder. I am not too familiar with this engine's specs. I would like to clear the oil matter up but don't want to do half a job. Don't want to tear the sucker down if I don't have to either.
