Since there wasn't a thread pertaining to this, I'm starting a 2 stroke/tuner thread - Starting with what I had done last month.
I really need to learn to weld and find a friend with a shop/welder out here. This cost me a good bit but, as long as I don't start any fires during fire season (since I now have a spark arrestor) it will be worth it. Now I just have to figure out how to keep heat of the tuner pipe away from the cooling fan and some other areas (wrap the pipe/make a duct).

Hope to test it out at the end of next week and burn some of the rust of then try to repaint it.
