Briggs and Stratton Loose Valve Seats

Anyone have any problems with valve seats getting loose? I used to build 5 hp briggs flat head for racing and valve seats were an issue. Used fluidweld in seat pocket to fix the issue. Blown headgaskets have been somewhat of an issue with the vanguards.
