  • offset wheel question, track tuners

Granted, Google may help me figure this out, but...

Is anyone aware of different offset wheels that exist anywhere that bolt-up to our machines? Ideally, I'm thinking a wheel that was offset to that it would sit "closer" to the machine. This could give me the option of adding a track-tuner to my existing hub, and even though the new mounting surface would be pushed out further, an offset wheel could wash-out that difference and keep the tire centerline in the original place. This would keep any stress that the hub feels no different than if the standard rim was bolted to the original hub....Am I thinking correctly?

I got to thinking (again) about how to use track tuners on my long-axle machine (without further widening the wheelbase and adding stress by adding wheel-spacers) While I'm sure the machine could tolerate additional 2.75" spacers / track tuners, I'd really prefer not to do that. It would make for a very wide machine too.
My other option is to replace the center long axles with standard length axles and bearing cages so that track tuners could be used. Buying more axles/bearing cages is more money (100% my fault, as I wanted it made the way it is initially) and more labor. I may end up doing do that. Thanks for any info or links....
