I am wondering if anyone has ever tried the 27x12x12 Outlaw tire on an Argo 8x8.
My first question would be-Will they Fit. The 27 inch tire should sit about 25 to 25 1/2 inches tall on a 10 inch wide K rim giving them just enough clearance between tires in theory.
My second question is:Will they Swim????
I have heard every kind of comment imaginable about the outlaw tires ability to swim and have noted the they were an option on the Hydrotrax for awhile and several folks have said they swim.
My third question is:has anyone tried them? Do they actually swim?
After running tracks so long running an Argo tire or mud tire is just plan painful. If I can get some realistic information this is a tire and rim combination that might make running tires a little more bearable on my Argo HDI .
Anyone with real time information or experience please give me a post!
