Help w/ wheel adapters

Gearhead and Bazoo guy, thanks for the speedy replies. Left for Ohio camp right after posting and didn't return til late Sunday.I printed these out and put them in a hard file I have with this type ref. mat'l. in it. Thanks again,

Hard files are nice, but I like saving copies to my hard drive just in case the wife cleans up. Its a bit more permanent unless your computer crashes

Could someone please direct me to the drawing of the bolt circle dims to make 5 lug flanges,I really stink at using the search function. Thanks!
