Making a change to 9"

What are a set of eight run-a-mucks on rims worth? They are 22x10x8 and they have 20 hours on them. I put green slim in all the tires so they don't leak so it will be easier too just sell them on the rim.

I would like to go back with 9" rims, so what is the best place to get them?
