Bakerhill 5000 swap

I have a bakerhill 5000 with 5/8 end shafts?
Is it possible to just replace main shaft from
A bakerhill 7000?

I am putting a rotax 400 up to it, kinda want to prevent any breakage
Here now while I have it apart.
