OK, so I'm brand new. Just got my Attex 400 running, brand new tires and all, and I have never driven a skid steer before in my life but somethin don't seem quite right. It wings up and then launches like you just did a 5000 RPM hole shot and you're off like a sculded dog. Clutch only wants to stay engaged at high RPM, makes for some white knuckle riding! It also seems to surge a few times when you're starting out, not sure if thats because the sticks are getting yanked from your hands or what. Once you're rolling it's game on as long as you keep it floored, hold on tight you're in for a wild ride. Also, the thing seems fastest with the sticks patrially forward, too far forward and it bogs down a litte. I'm guessing I need to go over it and do some sort of alingment to get everything into adjustment. Is there a manual or proceedure on PDF somewhere to walk me through it? Or is this the way it is supposed to be?
