not to be nosy and such, but your 27 hp kawi, my brother cbass and i fixed a 27 hp kawi that had the same symptoms and we fixed it by testing and replacing the electric fuel pump with an aftermarket low pressure pump from either napa or o'reilley's, maybe autozone also, one that put out 1-3 psi, and ignition coil. before repairs the 27 was pulsing on response and had the equivalent power of a 14 briggs, the choke had to be on all the time and occasionally, it would shut off. Now the 27 keeps up with one of trevors motors from 600 racing.
