havn't been on the site, I am not too good with the blogs. I think some of the kadoo parts are the same as a max of the same era. chains, sprockets, don't know about the clutches. it takes a single cy 2 stroke kohler 295 cc (or around 295cc) don't know exact cc. an apex trans (made in minniapolis mn) other parts general. I have a kadoo II and I need that plate that hooks up the trans with the steering cables. thanks, only took 2 yrs to get back on the site, pretty bad for me. the kohler engines were in arctic cats of the same yr 70-71 etc electric start. you probably have it going by now. hope this helps- let me know your progress. mine has been bad-not enough time, joel
