You could check the Argo website for a local dealer, as far as the engine a sled shop should have no problem fixing it and getting you a belt if you bring them the old one.
It should have(if stock) a Kohler 399 0r 440, if you get the number off the engine tag and the number off the carb. which is probably a Walbro wd, try Growth products in Michigan as they bought up Kohler's obsolete parts.
