welcome to the 6x6 group first is it a 2 stroke engine ? and you say wont turn over do you mean stuck or wont start? if stuck spray wd40 in the spark plug hole and let sit and keep trying to wiggle it every couple of days the go from their. If you want to swap motors you can buy old running snowmobile for a couple hundred and swap or go to harbor freight and get a 16 hp 4 stroke new motor and go that route only thing with that is you will need a new clutch that runs at a lower rpm/ good luck like to see some more pics
