fuel filter location

    fuel filter location

    i have placed my fuel filter in the engine compartment vs under the seat it makes more sense to me to have it there will heat be an issue for the filter in any way?

    My Conquests would probably boil the fuel in the filter if it was under the hood. They do get hot under there.

    i thought the same but i seen people do it. im just gonna put it right after the fire wall on the wheel well away from battery and wires!

    Mine's about a foot after the tank, and easily accessible below the seat from the back of the machine...
