Thats a nice looking machine. If the designers would have spaced the wheels a little farther apart you could get some really tall tires on that. Although they probably didn't have much rim and tire choice when that was built. It looks like theres quite a bit of room between the top of the tires and the hull.

i was curious as to what it would cost to ship? i love the look of the poncin (peevee).anybody have a guess or have one of these sitting in the yard? come on guys get out there and cut the grass and let me know what you find (a little redneck humor)

I have the same vehicle with 6 wheels and two screws for waterpropulsion from Poncin. (My avatar picture) And i tried the Argo Bigfoot tires on it but they are a bit to big to work. When they are mounted they left a space of 1/3 inch, so if they get under pressure they maybe could touch each other. I didnt want to risk that so i never had driven with the big tires. The mounted tires are the usual rawhide but the space between the frame and the tires was left for some special big tracks. You can see them on the second picture site of my homepage at the blue Poncin. They are very wide and have a 1 1/2 inch tread and could only be mounted when you remove one tire and mount it again with the track.
It has no lawmower engine and no CVT transmission. This has a real carengine from Citroen and a special transmission with the first gear reduced.
And the design is very special, it looks as it would come right out of an old james bond movie or from movies like "the satan bug". I always imagine Luis de Funes is driving it throug France, trying to catch Phantomas. (only my phantasy cause sadly they never used it for the Phantomas movies, but the design fits very well to that)

To the shippingcosts, thats not realy much but the problem is the very low dollar. It would be about 11000 $ with my price. Here in germany the AATVs are much more expensive than in your country. The shipping to usa is much cheaper than in the opposite direction, it would be around 800$.
