    engine swap

I have a 2002 Max II with 18hp briggs. I have been thinking about upgrading the engine and came across this 22hp kohler. Will this work in my Max with minimal effort and modifications? It`s a Kohler Command 22hp horizontal shaft twin cylinder engine from a Cub Cadet GT2554 riding lawn mower. 1 1/8" shaft 3 1/8" long.
