    Not amphibious, but skid steering homebuilt powerwheels

    Here is a pic of a mini tank that I built for my nephews. It uses a 12hp riding mower engine, 5 speed riding mower transaxle, rubber tracks modified from a snowmobile, and all custom built frame. It uses an independent disc brake on each axle to skid steer the machine. Sorry, but I do not have pics from the build.
