    Super chief high idle

I just got the engine back together, new points, condenser's, fan belt, fan bearings, plugs and a carb cleaning along with fuel tank flush, new fuel filter and lines. Starts up, runs good but the idle seems to go up. The idle screw is all the way out and the idle seems quiet high. I cant get the idle down to a normal idle. Any ideas? I cant find a vacuum leak of any kind.

If it has a Mikuni, is the slide going all the way down?
