Are the back seats of your bigfoot large enough for two children or average size adults? That is the one reason I am looking at the Max is for the second bench seat.
Between these 2 machines it will be a tossup.I have a 2003 BF and love it ,that being said I would probably learn to love the Max IV also.The only advice I can give you is do some internet...
