1999 8x8 Conquest 2 new tires where to run them

got a 1999 8x8 Conquest and bought 2 new 22" tires and wondering whats the best practice on adding them to the machine. Previous argo magnum I ran the new tires in the front but when I searched online I read about running the new tires in the rear. any insight on best placement.
