The picture below Joe is an old NATVA pic of the first Max springer that we ever knew of. It said tru-way on the side of the car, but don't know who drove it. Below that picture jumping 2 cars is Bridget. Are you working on your replacement 8x10?

Dave Burres is my uncle - my father was no help clarifying that it was him in that springer b/c he didn't even remember it (even though it says Tru Way on the side). It may have been my uncle, cousin or even my dad if his memory comes back.

That Springer looks wild in that picture. Do either of you (Whipper or techfx) have any more pictures of it?

whipper's video was the only place i saw the old max springer... I actually bought his video right after i saw a still that had "tru way" on the side of the max - I thought i knew all of my family's old racers.
