Question Max Chain Tensioners Nylon material questions!

I have a couple of buddies that work in a machine shop, they owe me a favor or two, anyway I printed out a picture of the nylon adjustable chain tensioners sold by Richard. They have access to all kinds of machining goodies and said they would be glad to make me four for my max. My Max still has the factory adjusters. All I have to do is provide them with the material! I found a website that sells small quantities of nylon, plastic materials so I really need to know roughly the size in diameter these are I'm sure that this is not critical but just a ballpark figure or if anyone knows for sure. Also there are a couple different choices on a website about nylon material if anyone could give me an ideal what I need it would be much appreciated.
Here's a website for the nylon material.Order Plastic Plate, Round, Sheet Alloys Acrylic, Polycarbonate, UHMW in Small Quantities at OnlineMetals.com
Many thanks,

Tha factory uses UHMW plastic on their adjusters. I don't know what Richard's Relics uses.

Thanks for answering my question, like I said I have a friend that's going to do them for free. I know it's not critical about the diameter it kind of looks like from the pictures he uses about a 2 inch diameter. I plan on ordering some nylon stock material in a few days. Haven't had time to play with my Max II much just going over it real good before winter, trapping season starts.
Again thanks

If you shop for material you'll find a lot of different grades of nylon like material. Common nylon itself is a little soft.

I made mine with Delrin plastic. The same stuff they make plastic gears out of. The plastic shop told me of a bunch of different kinds of plastic that would work...one was hdpe . I custom made mine for an argo, and cut them out of 2" stock Delrin. It should be easy to find. A foot cost me 10 bucks. If ya cant find it, holler back, and ill pick some up for ya and ship it to ya.
