No, I didn't build it. But it is very well built. It has channel all the way around the tub seam which seems to protect it well from sliding into trees and such. The iron from the winch plate also connects to the cage which seems to help pulling "up" instead of pulling your nose deeper into the soup.
Also, I am using the "wheels on backward" configuration . So I have better traction getting the hell out if I get stuck going in. |

You,ll be very happy with your new Max IV . I,ve had a blast with mine . I just love being able to take it places I never could , with the 4-wheeler I used to own . I,m constantly amazed of the places I can take my Max and still make it out . ![]() |

thanks mudbug. i know from my first creek outing i love it went further down , the creek than i had befor in the II . it nice to ride and have roommmmmm
