The "Warthog" gets a new engine

Rotax 503+ installed in my Hustler racer. It still needs to be broken in a bit, some carb tuning and probably some clutching but it should be fun.

    Awesome. Just awesome.

Let's get you a nice SkiDoo expansion chamber to let the old girl make benefit of the newly-found lungs, and you'll be uberscared. They're a pretty generic factory pipe, but they make a difference.

Great work, and nice perseverance with the engine... I think you'll be sufficiently impressed when you open it up on the straights....

    NICE!!!

I'm with hmike, awesome! I love the sound of a two-stroke. That thing looks like it's gonna be a blast. Nice JOB.

Hey Guys thanks for the kind words but truthfully I wouldn't have even attempted this or anything with two strokes if it weren't for Don. He has been so much help during this project between helping me put it together, advise on setting things up or just listening to me vent after melting one of my first set of pistons. He truly is the Man! Thanks again Don

That is going to fly! Did you make a bracket for some wings? Great looking install! Please take some videos when you get it all back together and moving.

Wow; 'sounds good, Mike. You did well. That looks like a pro install job (I'll tell the truth, everybody: I had almost nothing to do with this one other than listen to Micmac cry over spilled pistons).

Can't wait to see it go, Mike!
