    tj tires on avenger

Hi, I might have a chance to get 4 tires and wheels from a terra jet for good price from my brother-in-law. I don't know the size since its in the far in the bush but I assume they stock tires and wheels. Do you know if they would fit on an avenger 2004?
    Thank you

All of the Terra Jet's I've seen have been running the 26x12-12 Goodyear Terra Grips. If the one you're looking at is the same, they'll fit on your Avenger, no problem. I think the 26x12-12 is about the size limit on that machine. some folks have gone a little wider with the Vampir ASXs, but I think 26" is about the limit on height.

yeah the asx's on a terra jet is reason i want a terra jet, after seeing tires on jp's 980 run those a terra jet should perform close to it.. plus they still float. thought about 26x12x12 on rear of a repowered honda odyssey and something along line of 8 or 9 wide on front.... any way.. if the avenger can handle a 26" then dont see why shouldnt fit...
If it don't have 6 wheels and floats.. isn't any good to me. Have you ever tried floating a 4 wheeler across a pond... Doesn't work very well does it?

One thing to consider is you need four more tires. Mike is correct about the tires that's on it, but they are out of production. There is a true power knock off that is being produced, and it comes in the 26x12x12, but I am unsure how exact the tires actual measurements are.
l like to buy stuff and no I don't do payments!
