and here in Montreal (Canada), there's not much more than 6 inches of snow over the grass even if I asked Santa for a major dump of snow.

Started snowing about 11:00am on Sunday and continued for almost 24 hours. We only ended up with about 8-10 inches. There was quite a bit of drifting though. NYC was reported about 16 inches.

All my toys are in the mountains. I thought about them everytime I heard a quad or snowmobile pass by outside.

Yea, it was bad. Worked 21hrs straight, 6pm Sunday to 3pm Monday, out in the stuff. (Well, some of the time WAS in a plow truck.) One guy who's plowed for 30 years said this was the worst he's seen. (Well, you COULDN'T see. not 3 feet as the wind kicked up) Some drifts were over the plow marker tops, so over 6 foot. I got home and the roof on my workshed was torn off, so I'm digging out INSIDE too . It would be funnier if my Wolf, ALL my tools, engines, (one partially torn down) 6-wheeler parts etc weren't in there. Tomorrow I'll finish clearing it out, re-covering it and put a Torpedo heater in to cook out ALL the ice/snow/moisture.
