After you've logged in you can click on the "Gallery" tab and then after that page loads you will see the option to upload (far right.. nearish the top of the screen).
You can also add an attachment to any post (if you do a quick reply, you'll have to go to the advanced tab). When posting, scroll down to the additional options, click manage attachments - then upload the file/s from your computer. After uploading you make sure the picture you uploaded has a little check mark beside it, then you click - insert inline. (you'll see some code like stuff show up, but once you post the pic should be there).
I can't upload any pics from my iPad because of Safari I think. The section to choose image from your computer is blacked out so I have to use my desktop pc & Internet explorer when I want to upload images.
