No response from Buffalo Small Engine Repair, on parts order!

Does anyone that lives in the Buffalo area, have any time to stop by the store below and ask them where my Vanguard High speed jet that I paid for in November is?
I picked up 150$ worth of replacement parts and the jet was late coming in and Joe said he would mail it. I have called 5 or 6 times but get no answer, just a voice mail. Although they may just be watching the caller ID.
Any help would be appreciated, I need that jet.

Can't help with that, but what exactly is a "High speed jet"??? all I can imagine is a jet with a slightly bigger hole.

Hey JP, they were pretty nice and helpful up until now.
The voice mail message says they will be closed Monday the '10th' and I have talked on the phone (before ordering) to two different people.
So someone should be able to reply at least.

BSER didn't answer for JP or for the credit card folks, Discover CC refunded everything.

Their shop was locked and fenced up when I stopped there during a weekday and never answered numerous calls I made so I figured they were trying to dodge everyone. The recorded message I got when I called said that they went out of business and that any parts that were ordered will be shipped. I'm glad that it eventually worked out for you though.

So everyone knows, AVOID BUFFALO SMALL ENGINE REPAIR. They also have an ebay store too. Don't do business with them.
