    T20 case cracks

I just got done blasting the paint off of the case halves. I was looking them over and I noticed a hairline crack by each shifter hole. They are not all the way through the case. I plan to v them out and weld them. My question is: Is this common on these old cases? Does anyone have old style case halves they might want to sell? I might need them.

Are you talking Popsicle stick cases? If so I have several and would sell for freight. Use some brake cleaner on those cracks and see if they weep after dry. May tell if just a cast line or a fracture.
