I was thinking the same thing....maybe once, but after that it would be back to the drawing board.

This hole is all about bragging rights. Everyone knows going in that they probably won't make it, but you won't know unless you try. In the 4 wheeler community, once you need help you are officially stuck. But, in the suicide hole once you're in it's the point of no return, you have to go the distance even if it means you need help. The bragging is in how far someone made it. With that said, I won't even try it. I need mine to be running at the end of the day, since I'm on the trail crew and have to make sure everbody gets out of the swamp OK.

I hope noone's gets offended by the 4 wheeler videos, but since we never have 6 wheelers show up, that's really all there is. Hopefully some of you guys will show up and we'll have something new to watch. Nothing would make me happier than to see a 6 wheeler out do one of the Gorrilla bikes.

JACKSTAND ,

The problem my friends and I have , is the large crowds that show up for this event . I,m sure it would take hours of waiting just to ride through the suicide hole , because so my ATV riders are waiting their turn at it .

JACKSTAND ,

This is my friend Dan ( MightyMaxIV ) showing what a 6x6 amphib will do through a long mud pit . These were high ground clearance , big tire ATV,s . The ATV directly in front of Dans 6x6 , had 32 inch , Gorrilla tires on it , with an 8 inch lift , and the other ATV in front of that one had 29.9 High Lifter Outlaws . Dan told me he had to wait about 45 minutes on the two big tire ATV,s , just to drive to the end of the mud pit . Look how easy he does it compared to the big tire ATV,s .

mud pit video

Both of those quads had to be winched out of the mud pit. It took most of the high lifted quads about 1/2 hour to get through this hole. It took me about 3 minutes and I did it with even breaking a sweat! Seems there is a very big advantage for the 6x6 in the soft soupy mud! That video looks like the same soupy watery mud that a 6x6 makes short work of! Won't know for sure until I try it!

Let's thank Jackstand for his videos and not label him as the enemy, hehe. Lots of us have 4x4's or had them. Getting muddy seems to be the objective sometimes, and if they don't get muddy enough riding, they jump into a hole on purpose. There's something grounding, earthy, about the experience The bottomless holes are something amphibs are good at, though.
