      It's not a Magnum!!!! you have to have hydraulic brakes and full guage package to be a magnum, its a Vanguard

      it 's a 1988 I/c ( industrial commercial ) , this machine was built 5-17-88 and first sold 9-14-1988 in North Carolina , made it's way up to New York some years later.
