I have a Frontier too... SAME PROBLEM! I punctured the tire within the first 2 hours of use! I had a tube put in to repair it, and now use that one as a spare, and have a new one on the Argo. I believe I hit a rock... bent the rim too.

What a bummer man. I was all pumped up about these when I first saw them. There's been mixed reviews from people. I saw a set on a Max II a few weeks ago and they looked great. It's too bad these things don't seem to be dependable 100 percent of the time.

It helps to watch where you place the tires on the trail. Esp on argo's with all the weight up front.. lot's of force and weight when slamming a tire and or wheel bead into a rut, etc. You can run more air.. but. You can run around on low psi if you pay attention.. but must air up if you want to thrash around with less than full attention.
