A little jig a friend made for me. Drill out the bolt holes for the axle flange first. Bolt a flangette to the outside of the tub. Place jig into the flangette and drill out the center. This gives you the axle center, from there use a hole saw on your drill and drill out the axle hole. Hole will be larger then the lip so that the flangett can sit inside the body.
