      I took the wheels off of the machine, but did not take the tires off. I used a scotch brite to clean them up real well. I sprayed several coats of Plasticoat and when dried I put a couple of coats of clear over them. I have been out in the woods, swamps, bogs you name it. I have not had any paint come off at all. I think you would be pleased with the way they look when your done.
