I've been in the process of Refurbishing my Sperry rand wedge 295. This fuel tank was literally glued in besides having the 2 straps on it. Foam strips they used to keep it from rubbing against the chassis must have gotten hot and melted themselves together. All the Brown pieces in front of the tank are what they used to seal it. Going to clean it up and reseal it in a few days. I'll keep you updated.
