      Yes! That's an arm but it isn't actually stuck to the rollcage. Ya see,that weekend at Pine Lake Raceway Larry W was getting way too close of a look at them racing axles Hydromike keeps trying to make from spent uranium. The next morning He was havin a heck of a time getting his hat to stay on........
